In the early hours of October 9, 2021, 20-year-old Sincere Armuni Tyson was shot and killed while sleeping in his own home on Blissett Drive in Dothan, Alabama. The young man, who had just celebrated his niece's birthday and returned home to rest, suffered at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at a local hospital. His life was cut short in what investigators would later describe as a home invasion with the intent to rob.
