On a Saturday night in September 2021, LaCraig Brown, a 25-year-old male from Atmore, Alabama, traveled to Prichard with the intention of selling high-end shoes. He made a stop at Fry Daddy's, a local restaurant, a common practice for him when he was in the Mobile County area.
