In the early morning hours of July 17, 2021, the life of 18-year-old Treven Jas Williams was tragically cut short in a parking lot of an apartment complex in east Birmingham, Alabama. An altercation preceded the fatal shooting, which occurred just after 2:30 a.m. in the 7600 block of 2nd Avenue North. Responding to the scene, authorities found Williams deceased.
