On the morning of June 14, 2021, 18-year-old Barbara Ann Harmon, a female resident of Talladega, Alabama, was discovered deceased in her vehicle. First responders were initially called to the 1400 block of Alpine Winterboro Road for what was reported as a vehicle crash. Upon their arrival, law enforcement and the Winterboro Volunteer Fire Department found Harmon unresponsive inside the car, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, first responders were unable to revive her.
