In the late hours of a Tuesday, on September 1, 2020, the life of 23-year-old Troyzavia Rhodes, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Mobile, Alabama. Police responded to a call at approximately 9:55 p.m. at the 1700 block of Colonial Oaks Drive.
