In a quiet, rural area of Morgan County, the tranquility was shattered on the afternoon of Saturday, January 25, 2020, by an act of violence that left two men dead from a shooting on Morrow Mountain Road. One of the men was identified as Kenneth Fay Guinn, a 69-year-old male from Somerville, Alabama. The other victim was 58-year-old Jeffrey Allen McDonald, also a resident of Somerville.
