In the early evening of November 27, 2019, a burst of violence shattered the ordinary atmosphere of a University Boulevard shopping center in Mobile, Alabama. Twenty-one-year-old Andre 'Dre-Dre' Gable Jr., a Black male, was struck in the chest by a bullet.
