Marcus Gordon, a 33-year-old Black man, was shot on the night of November 10, 2019, at the Citgo station in the 800 block of Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile. Police said officers were dispatched at about 10:19 p.m. on a report of a person shot and arrived to find him lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
