Victor Dewayne Eaton, a 41-year-old male, was fatally shot on the evening of Monday, February 13, 2017, in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex in the 800 block of 11th Street North. When Birmingham police officers arrived at the scene, they found Eaton suffering from gunshot wounds.
