Jarell Raheem Bettis, a 21-year-old male from the Mobile area, was killed on October 8, 2015, in Prichard, a city just north of Mobile. That night, police were called to the 300 block of Hale Drive after reports of gunfire, and when officers arrived they found Bettis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
