In the spring of 2014, the life of 20-year-old Demetrius McGhee was tragically cut short in Montgomery, Alabama. On May 15, 2014, McGhee was found in a parking lot in the 300 block of Columbia Avenue, near E.D. Nixon School, having been shot multiple times.
