Zykier A. “Zyebhowww” Flowers, a 16-year-old Black male from Wilmington, Delaware, was killed on the night of May 11, 2024, after gunfire erupted outside the Concord Mall at 4737 Concord Pike in Wilmington. He had been at a carnival set up in the mall parking lot when a fight broke out near the carnival entrance. What began as a confrontation among several people quickly turned deadly when an unknown suspect pulled out a gun and fired several rounds into the crowd.
