Randolph White, a 40-year-old Black / African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in the 2200 block of North Market Street. The shooting happened late that morning, around 11:42 a.m., near the area of North Market Street and Gordon Street, close to the Lucky Stop convenience store.
