On the night of Friday, October 26, 2018, the life of 33-year-old Sean Hammond, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Wilmington, Delaware. At approximately 9:30 p.m., Wilmington Police were dispatched to the 600 block of W. 6th Street following reports of gunfire in the area. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a scene that would soon become a homicide investigation.
