James Rogers was a 29-year-old Black/African American man whose life ended inside his Wilmington, Delaware, home on July 23, 2015. Rogers was found in the basement of the residence in the 500 block of West 4th Street suffering from gunshot wounds to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
