On a Tuesday afternoon in Claymont, Delaware, the life of 17-year-old Ismail Majid, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On November 8, 2016, at approximately 1:25 p.m., New Castle County Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Dewey Court at the Stoneybrook Apartments.
