Hispanic/Latino male Felix Tiempos, age 38, was killed on May 2, 2009, in Wilmington, Delaware. He had just left the Canby Park Shopping Center at 1952 S. Maryland Avenue and was walking to his car when gunfire erupted between two groups in the parking lot. A stray round struck him, and he died as an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire.
