George Elvecius, a 39-year-old man, lost his life to gun violence on March 6, 2024, in Pompano Beach, Florida. The incident occurred in the evening when Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) deputies responded to a call of a shooting near two locations: 250 N. Powerline Road and 164 N. Powerline Road.

Upon arrival, deputies found Elvecius in front of 164 N. Powerline Road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. They immediately initiated life-saving measures until Pompano Beach Fire Rescue ...
