Tyler Carl Smith, a 19-year-old male from Augusta, Georgia, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2023, in a fatal shooting incident. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire on the 2000 block of Telfair Street at approximately 7:21 P.M.
