In the winter of 2023, a violent encounter in Athens, Georgia, resulted in the tragic death of 20-year-old Hugo Martinez-Cerritos. On the night of Friday, December 1st, Martinez-Cerritos and 26-year-old Juliana Navarnete-Moreno arrived at a residence on Massey Lane.
