In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Monroe, Georgia, tragedy befell 28-year-old Rontavias Harvey. On September 3, 2023, police responded to a call of gunshots at a residence on Old Mill Point just before 11:30 p.m. A second caller informed emergency services that her 'ex' had been shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered Harvey deceased, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
