In the early summer of 2023, the life of 47-year-old Ricky Lamar Huff of Thomson, Georgia, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, June 3, 2023, emergency services received a call about an unconscious man at a residence in the 400 block of 2nd Street in Thomson. First responders from McDuffie EMS and the Thomson Police Department arrived at the scene to find Huff unresponsive.
