In a tragic turn of events that cut a young life short, Owen Jackson, a 31-year-old new father and mechanic, was found deceased in his vehicle in Atlanta, Georgia. His body was discovered on the afternoon of Friday, March 24, 2023, inside his car, which was located at the bottom of a steep embankment in South Bend Park.
