In the evening hours of Saturday, April 11, 2026, Antonio Koolyy Brown, a 28-year-old aspiring singer, was fatally shot in southwest Atlanta. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the 1430 block of Desoto Avenue SW, in the vicinity of Perkerson Park. First responders arrived to find Brown suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
