In the late hours of a Wednesday in Monroe, Georgia, the life of 37-year-old Terrence Gaither was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On February 22, 2023, police responded to calls of shots fired in the vicinity of Green Street at approximately 11:23 p.m..
