In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Shreveport, Louisiana, violence shattered the pre-dawn quiet at the Orleans Square Apartments. It was there, on November 12, 2023, that 28-year-old Kenmorria Kendrick, a male resident of Shreveport, was found in the parking lot, having been shot multiple times.
