In the early hours of a December morning, the life of Leopoldo Garcia Pando, a 47-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Kansas. On December 9, 2023, shortly after midnight, police were dispatched to the 6500 block of Kaw Drive following reports of a shooting.
