On a late Monday evening in Baltimore, the life of Isaiah Zachary Gaines, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On June 24, 2024, at approximately 10:57 p.m., the sharp sound of gunfire pierced the night in the 2000 block of McKean Avenue.
