In the afternoon hours of January 30, 2024, the life of 36-year-old Davon Brown, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 4:33 p.m. in the 4000 block of Wilsby Avenue, where police responded to a report of a shooting.
