In the winter of 2023, a life was tragically cut short in Baltimore. On the evening of December 30th, inside a home in the 4300 block of Seminole Avenue, a dispute took a fatal turn. During the altercation, 31-year-old Toby Rogers, a male, was shot. Southwest District patrol officers responded to a report of the shooting at approximately 10:14 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Rogers suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
