Ronald Armstrong, a 59-year-old man, was killed on the morning of December 31, 2018, in Baltimore, Maryland, when gunfire erupted in the Charles North/Station North area near the unit block of West 20th Street. Police were alerted by ShotSpotter around 10:20 a.m., and when officers arrived they found Armstrong suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
