In the early morning hours of September 7, 2023, violence erupted on the streets of Baltimore, claiming the life of 38-year-old Daniel Taylor. At approximately 3:12 a.m., a Shot Spotter alert drew Western District patrol officers to the 1700 block of McKean Avenue.
