In the pre-dawn hours of August 12, 2023, the quiet of Clinton, Maryland, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 16-year-old Robert Isiah Walker. At approximately 2:40 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting at a gas station located in the 9800 block of Piscataway Road.
