In the late hours of a Monday night in Salisbury, Maryland, the life of 34-year-old Keith Lamont Chaney, Sr. was tragically cut short. Just before 10 p.m. on July 31, 2023, officers from the Salisbury Police Department were dispatched to the Pemberton Manor Apartments on Fairground Drive following a 9-1-1 call reporting a shooting.
