In the early hours of July 3, 2023, the life of 33-year-old Traquarn Quinton Lewis was cut short by gun violence in Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male, Mr. Lewis was discovered at 2:53 a.m. in the 2000 block of Fleet Street, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
