In the summer of 2023, a single act of violence cut short the life of 38-year-old Frissel Townes, Jr., a Black male from Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of June 28th, just before 9 p.m., Townes was in the 2600 block of West Patapsco Avenue, helping a female acquaintance with her DoorDash deliveries.
