In the summer of 2023, the life of a promising young man, Kelvin Siem, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. A 24-year-old Black male, Siem was found with gunshot wounds in the rear of the 1300 block of Bonsal Street on the afternoon of Monday, June 5th. The call reporting the shooting came in at approximately 1:02 p.m., and officers arrived to a grim scene.
