Delmyn Javier Lopez Ortiz, a 39-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot in what appeared to be a robbery on the night of March 10, 2023. The incident occurred at approximately 9:59 p.m. in the 4000 block of East Pratt Street in Baltimore, Maryland. Originally from Honduras, he had come to the United States to create a better life for his family. Known as an outgoing and fun-loving man, his children were the center of his world.
