In the early morning hours of February 10, 2023, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Suitland, Maryland. Tolonzo Stephon Rhodes, a 19-year-old male from Washington, D.C., was found inside a car in the 3200 block of Swann Road. Police had responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 6:40 a.m. and discovered Rhodes suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
