In the early evening of February 5, 2023, the life of 16-year-old Andres Moreno Jr. was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. A student at Edmondson Westside High School, the Black male teenager was walking in the 1800 block of East 29th Street when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 6:16 p.m. in the Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello neighborhood, an area across the city from where he attended school.
