In the early evening of Thursday, November 10, 2016, the life of 21-year-old Cequan Borrum, a male from Savannah, Georgia, was tragically cut short. At approximately 5:30 p.m., officers from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 2400 block of Riviera Drive. Upon their arrival, they discovered Borrum suffering from a serious gunshot wound.
