In the late summer of 2004, a young man named Nicholas Bershaun Foster, aged 26, was seriously injured in an incident on August 29th. The altercation proved to be fatal, and Foster, a resident of Millen, Georgia, succumbed to his injuries on September 6, 2004, at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
