In the late hours of a February night in 2010, the life of Terrance Brooks, a 29-year-old Black man from Atlanta, Georgia, was tragically cut short. The events that led to his death began with a dispute at a nightclub in DeKalb County. Following the argument, Brooks was pursued by at least one individual.
