In the summer of 2023, a domestic dispute in Atlanta, Georgia, tragically cut short the life of 23-year-old Xzavier Tomlin. A Black male, Tomlin was fatally shot on July 23 at the Dwell at The View apartments on Hollywood Road in the city's northwest side.
