On the night of September 13, 2024, 29-year-old Clinton Martin was driving home from his job as a manager at a Dollar General. As he was driving on the I-95 ramp to I-476 North in Ridley Township, near Crum-lynne, Pennsylvania, he was shot in the neck. The gunshot caused him to lose control of his vehicle, which then veered onto the shoulder of the highway and crashed into a disabled car. The tragic chain of events resulted in a second death.
