On the evening of September 6, 2023, Reginald Hall, a 48-year-old resident of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot in his home located in the 1800 block of Flagler Street. Police responded to the scene around 10:15 p.m. and discovered Hall suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to UPMC McKeesport Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
