On April 17, 2023, at approximately 5:18 p.m., 33-year-old Jeffery Tillery was fatally shot in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood. The incident occurred near the intersection of 4th and Rockland Streets, where police found Tillery with a gunshot wound to the head.
