On April 30, 2024, at approximately 4:40 a.m., a passerby discovered the body of 43-year-old Jonathan Franco in an alley along South Frank Avenue, between East Muscat and East Grand Avenues, in the community of Malaga, Fresno County. Franco was found lying face down, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the upper body.

Residents in the vicinity reported hearing gunshots between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on the preceding evening, April 29, 2024; however, no calls were made to law en ...
