Phia Vang, a 31-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2019, in a mass shooting incident. Vang was one of four men shot and killed in the backyard of a home in southeast Fresno during a family gathering. The other victims were identified as Xy Lee, Kou Xiong, and Kalaxang Thao.
