On the evening of November 27, 2023, 51-year-old Luis Valencia was fatally shot in central Fresno, California. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. near the intersection of Clinton and Drexel Avenues. Upon arrival, Fresno Police officers found Valencia suffering from a gunshot wound. He was promptly transported to Community Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
